Amazon launches MiniTV, free content streaming platform exclusively for India.

In the game to garner more and more audiences, Amazon has gone ahead and launched MiniTV on its shopping app for Indian users specifically. This will be a free content streaming platforms where users can watch old content which was earlier launched for YouTube or other such platforms. The feature will be available on the shopping app itself and is a product different from its currently active Amazon Prime subscription offer which is available for a fee and streams exclusive or fresh content on it.

The lineup of content includes beauty, fashion, technology and cooking shows along with comic being one of the most growing content hub. The service is absolutely free and currently only available to android users. Amazon has plans to launch the iOS version soon as well which is not yet in place.
