Government’s new guideline on corona, RTPCR test is not necessary in going from one state to another.

There is a continuous decrease in 19 new cases of new Covid per day in Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Telangana, Chandigarh, Ladakh, Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar. The number of corona infections in the country is still 21 percent, but there has been a decline in cases of corona infection in the country and if we look at the state wise figures, then the decline in cases can be seen clearly. The Health Ministry today made it clear that there is no need for Corona’s RTPR test from one state to another.

The Health Ministry has also said that now it is not necessary to have RTPCR test to go from one state to another. Not only, if a patient is being discharged from the hospital, then there will be no need to get the RTPCR test done. That is, there will be no need to have an RTPCR test to be discharged from the hospital. Vaccination program is being run in the country amid Corona crisis. However, the biggest difficulty at the moment is that there is not enough corona vaccine dose available for vaccination. Meanwhile, the Union Health Ministry said that the state government should give priority to those taking the second dose of the vaccine.

*The patient can be discharged after 10 days of symptom onset and no fever for 3 consecutive days.
*No need for testing before discharge.
*The patient will be advised to isolate himself/ herself at home & self-monitor his/ her health for further 7 days.
