‘Yahan humare kisaan marr rahe hai, wahan modi ji videsh me chuttiyan mana rahe hai’ Why always PM?

I was just crossing a rural area when I saw 4 old men sitting and discussing about farmers suicide then suddenly one of them said with anger “Yahan humare kisaan marr rahe hai, wahan modi ji videsh me chuttiyan mana rahe hai“. After hearing his line I got disappointed and felt he was correct, I mean this is absolutely wrong when our country is facing so many problems deluge in Jammu & Kashmir, market is also not performing so well and this farmer suicide situation is just heartbreaking. After all this a prime minister like Narendra Modi is on foreign trip, why?? But is this aspect correct? I mean is Mr. Modi really responsible for all this? Has he gone for his personal vacation? And he is actually not thinking about country problems??
