Bornin Saigon Vietnam, The Serpent as the world knows him is probably the most popular serial killer of India. He is also known as the bikini killer. One of the most notorious killers ever, he is said to have killed anywhere between 12 to 24 women in South East Asia in 70-80s. Most of them were young backpackers from western countries travelling the Asian Hippie Trail. In Nepal, he was sentenced to life imprisonment for one murder. The other cases are still pending. During the trail ,he got engaged to his lawyer’s daughter Nihita Biswas and married her.
